The project uses measurements on optical PUFs performed by Ravitej Uppu from the Complex Photonic Systems group at the university of Twente.
These speckle patterns are publicly available at: (will be available after the challenge is over).
Experimental configuration:
Sample: ZnO nanoparticulate medium (~13 micrometer thick).
Wavelength: 790nm
SLM pixel pitch: 20 micrometers
Transmission collected with a 0.9 NA objective.
Image size on the camera: ~700 pixels.
Camera pixel pitch: 6.45 micrometers.
Approximate image size ~ 4.5 mm.
Approximate size on transmitted speckle at the back of the sample: ~71 micrometers.
Exposure time: ~1470 microseconds (horizontal polarization)
